We labor out of love. We labor out of necessity. We labor until our hands callous and our eyes burn. We labor because this world deserves every ounce of our creativity, because our art is part of who we are as human beings. Without it, we lose sight of what is important in life. We lose our sense of self, our desire to plod forward through the drudgery.
